The purpose of Sherbrook, Inc. shall be; the establishing, maintaining and promoting of recreational facilities and the acquiring of proper facilities and equipment for swimming, fishing, summer and winter sports and other activities; the maintenance, care, landscaping of all property held by Sherbrook, Inc.; the enforcement of building and deed restrictions; the control of all buildings and improvements conducted in Sherbrook Park Subdivisions I and II; the approval of all plans and specifications for structure erected in said subdivisions; serve as liaison between residents and the City Council, School Board, Zoning Committees or any other governmental authority; the acquiring, holding, leasing and selling of all real and personal property and equipment necessary and incident to carrying out the aforementioned purposes.
