About Us
Sherbrook Park is a close-knit residential community in Solon, Ohio, centered around a beautiful lake and thoughtfully designed green spaces. Our neighborhood is known for its natural setting, peaceful atmosphere, and strong sense of community.
The Sherbrook community was developed in 1961 by F. X. Thuringer. There are 67 lots in Sherbrook subdivisions I and II, and 14 lots on Ledgebrook Lane. A common beach and lake area is available for use by those who are members of the Sherbrook Homeowners’ Association.
Sherbrook is conveniently located with easy access to freeways, local shopping centers, entertainment complexes and medical facilities. The community is served by Solon City Schools, which is consistenly ranked as one of the top public school systems in Ohio and the nation.
A Board of Trustees, elected annually and comprised entirely of volunteers, oversees management of the Association’s affairs.
