Sherbrook is a lake community located in Solon, Ohio which is a southeastern suburb of Cleveland. The unique location of Sherbrook allows many of its homeowners to enjoy spectacular views of many of the lakes in the area.
The Sherbrook community was developed in 1961 by F. X. Thuringer. There are 67 lots in Sherbrook subdivisions I and II, and 14 lots on Ledgebrook Lane. A common beach and lake area is available for use by those who are members of the Sherbrook Homeowners' Association.
Sherbrook is conveniently located with easy access to freeways, local shopping centers, entertainment complexes and medical facilities. The community is served by Solon Schools, which are well known throughout Northeast Ohio as having an exceptional public school system.
A Board of Trustees, elected annually and comprised entirely of volunteers, oversees management of the Association's affairs.
